hi guys!! today was quite an interesting day for me... me and salihin planned to go to Bras Basah to buy the second hand SEA History Book by Gilbert (something). forgot the name already. it was greatly recommended by MRS Ram who claimed that the book only cost around S$1.. and since Bras Basah is in town area, i decided to buy a M2 2GB memory card for my phone @ simlim square too. i think my 1GB memory card is corrupted man. sadded. cant add songs or even save the pictures that i took using the camera.

so i woke up at 9:15am.. and started doing my amaths tuition hmk.. and proud to say that i have finished the whole of ex21.1... felt a sense of accomplishment and i thought that my day would be awesome later on.. but i was wrong again... it's all because of the great spoiler.. - chem tuition @ 2pm...

i met with salihin @ 11.30am.. thinking that i would have enough time to eat lunch with him, buy SEA book and later buy the memory card... and surprisingly, salihin told me that iskandar and haiqel would be joining us. and haiqel reached at 11.40+..
at that moment, i didnt really cared much about the time.. still early to 2pm i thought so. we took the train all the way down to city hall. and during the journey there, i was discussing what to have lunch with them.. in the end, we only ate LJS all the way @ city hall.. so not worth it.. you guys should not try the new mango fish combo man... not nice one.. but it may be just the branch's fault. chaota fish.
anyway, we finished lunch @ 1pm... everyone except haiqel spent more than $8 @ LJS.. we ordered set meals & added side orders. (so not what i usually do)...
and coming to my senses, 1hour to locate Bras Basah, search for our book, going to chinatown to simlim square to buy memory card and sitting the train back to bukit gombak for tuition is a bit impossible. nevertheless, i rushed everyone and salihin led all of us to Bras Basah. but he FAILED.... he said Bras Basah was near NLB and he led us all to the parliament court instead... so it's time to show my wits.. haha.. i know Bras Basah is near CHIJMES. so i led them to CHIJmes. but in the end i failed too. i forgot where it is exactly at. (btw, Bras Basah is a place where many books are sold at, esp 2nd hand books). time now: 1.40pm

then i'm starting to feel desperate. and salihin and iskandar were discouraging me to go tuition. they started making excuses for me.. but in the end i didnt care.. cause the time showed 1.40pm not 2pm. so i cont searching for Bras Basah with them.. i think we managed to burn at least half of the calories that we ate from the LJS food just by walking in circles in town. finally, with meticulous effort, we managed to find Bras Basah.. it was 1.50pm already..

my desperation was driving me crazy when we could not find the SEA book by the Gilbert guy.. so we gave up searching.. me and haiqel bought the modern world book by wendy clark instead.. the time when we stepped out of the shop was 2.00pm.. lol.. madness.. oh.. i'll be having my 1st prelim test for chem tuition today.. i cant afford to be too late.. out of my desperate moment, i started asking the three guys where is the nearest mrt station... any shortcuts?

however, just as we were about to go down the escalator, i saw a big guitar shop at the corner of my eye.. i was tempted to buy some guitar picks. know what?
the next moment, i was inside the shop choosing picks. it was already 2.10pm.
haha siao right.. salihin started groaning... he was super thirsty.. and he said he needed slurpee. =.=" just when we came out of Bras Basah, i saw a 7-11 across the road.. as i didnt have enough time, i didnt care about salihin.. HAHA. 'now is not the moment for drinks!!' i thought. according to haiqel, nearest mrt station is @ Bugis. and we have to go through bugis village and by the shopping mall. along the way, iskandar bought some cake thingy and salihin bought a green coloured smoothie.. me and haiqel were giving the 'woah.. mannnn......' expression... finally, 2.25pm @ bugis mrt platform.. so sit all the way to bukit gombak and i reached there @ 3pm... 60mins late for tuition? Ha. a new Record! as i approach the class door, my heart started pounding faster and i prayed that the class and teacher's response wont be so great.. so i knock on the door just like i would do at the doctor's door. and i press down the handle and gave a gentle push.........................

'i'm so sorry.. i had something up..........' i said apologetically to my chem tuition teacher...... not hearing any response from him, i continued further 'i went to Bras Basah to buy a book earlier on' and he gave that 'oh i see' look..

'haha.. the war is now over,' my teacher replied.. i only managed to catch what he was saying when i turned and saw everyone had finished their prelim paper.. few seconds later, he started going through the paper.. i was silent throughout the session.. not making myself loud just like i would be, asking the teacher qns.. i did not attempt the qns at all.. i felt awkward throughout the whole session and that 1hr seemed to pass so slowly compared to an 1hr before which flew past.

LESSON LEARNT TODAY: DONT go anywhere else if i have any appointment later on during the day.

and sorry guys for making you all rush and spoiling your 'hang around in town' mood. hahah..

Wooohoooo...! Hi everyone! What a nice day i had man! Hmmm i shall briefly describe what actually happened since i cant contain the excitement even though it's over...

ME and Leonard went swimming today!! It was awesome! although only the two of us went.. we met up at bp int @ 8.30am.. but due to my 'nature', i'm late for 18MINs.. LOL.. haha.. but i think Leonard doesnt mind.. cause he never say anything abt it.. so we took bus 180 to JURONG SWIMMING COMPLEX!! what a shoik place to go man... and come to think of it, it had been 1 year since i went swimming.. so at first, when i reached the swimming complex, i didnt know how to start swimming.. lol.. not used to it.. but eventually, i overcame my fear! and swam for around 6 laps only.. every single lap, me and leonard will stop and 'tan xin shi' (chat about life).. and he managed to leech a lot of things from me.. haha shan't talk much abt that now though..

Moving on, after 45mins to an hr in the deep pool, we went to the wave pool and it lasted only 15mins.. :( not fun.. HOWEVER, the 'lazy' pool was a totally different thing.. it is COOL! the current just bring you round the swimming pool and with the man-made rocky tunnel.. AWESOME! then later on we move to the slider.. there were 3 slides in total. yellow followed by blue then red according to height.. (if i'm not wrong).. we wanted to go to the intermediate one.. but we had no floats.. then we realise that the blue and the red slides are quite large in order for a float to fit in.. so we went to the yellow one RELUCTANTLY.. Leonard went in and surprisingly, we were not allowed to wear our goggles.. so just hang it around our necks.. And my turn came.... i thought the slide was like the cck complex one.. so slow.. but i was wrong! although this might only be 2 storeys high, you know the impact when you go down the slide in 2-3seconds.. HA.. the next moment i see the end of the slide, i realised that my ears and nose were stuck.. haha.. so shoik.. should try it one day if you haven't..

Then me and leonard went back to the deep pool. And i started asking him where to eat for lunch.. finally, we came to a decision. to eat at sakura buffet at omni-theater @ science centre.. heh! super shoik again... eat all i can! till now i still feel the weight of the food in my stomach.. lol.. But that was the first buffet for leonard and the first buffet which i had to fight agt time while eating. I have tuition at 2pm @ bukit gombak. and amazingly, due to the power of food, i left the restaurant @ 2pm!! haha.. but we cant run.. only can walk like pregnant ppl.. and leonard said 'dont sit the taxi la.. later i become giddy and vomit on you' haha.. but in the end i still convinced him to take taxi.. so in the end, i reached my tuition centre @ 2.20pm! yeah what an exciting day! ah sian already.. no more excitement liao.. i shall end here then..
